
One of the most significant commitments is to know the importance of avoiding, its earnestness, and its various sorts, so our Tawheed (confidence in the Oneness of Allaah) and our Islam might be finished, and our confidence might be sound. We state – And Allaah is the Source of solidarity and genuine direction originates from Him:
Know – may Allaah manage you – that the word avoids in Arabic methods taking an accomplice, i.e., viewing somebody as the accomplice of another. It is said [in Arabic]: ashraka baynahuma (he combined them) when he viewed them as two of equivalent status; or ashraka fi amrihi ghayrahu (he brought another into his issue) when he made two individuals engaged with it.
As far as sharee’ah or Islamic phrasing, avoid implies crediting an accomplice or opponent to Allaah in Lordship (ruboobiyyah), revere or in His names and characteristics.
An adversary is a friend or partner. Henceforth Allaah restricts setting up rivals with Him and he censures the individuals who take them (rivals) as divine beings rather than or other than Allaah in numerous stanzas of the Qur’an. Allaah says (translation of the importance):
“At that point don’t set up rivals unto Allaah (in adore) while you realize (that He Alone has the privilege to be venerated)”
[al-Baqarah 2:22]
“What’s more, they set up opponents to Allaah, to misdirect (men) from His way! State: ‘Appreciate (your concise life)! However, surely, your goal is the (Hell) Fire!'”

In the hadeeth, it is portrayed that the Prophet (harmony and endowments of Allaah arrive) stated: “Whoever bites the dust guaranteeing that Allaah has an adversary, will enter Hell.”
