  • Buried: In Al-Baggea commentary, Arabia. Imam Mohammad AI-Bakir(as) the son of Imam Ali Ibin Hussain(as) and Fatimah, the daughter of Imam Hassan(as) was the Fifth Imam.

He was a man of extraordinary ethicalness and administration, a man of tremendous information, incredible avoidance, extraordinary good order, love, liberality, and thoughtfulness.

A Christian man, misspeaking Imam’s name, once said to him,

“Are you Baqar?” ( meaning, a ‘Dairy animals’).

The Imam stated,

“No, I am Baqir.”

The man at that point stated,

“Is it true that you are the child of a female cook?”

The Imam stated,

Indeed, that is her calling!”

The man at that point stated,

“Is it true that you are the child of the awful negro lady?”

The Imam stated,

“In the event that what you state is valid,

at that point may Allah excuse her

what’s more, if what you state isn’t accurate

at that point may Allah excuse you.”

This moved the Christian man to such an extent, that he turned into a Muslim.

He had significant information and he would respond to each address immediately. Ibin Ata of Mecca has said this regarding the Imam,

“I never observed the researchers look so little as they did within the sight of the Imam Mohammad Baqir. I saw AI-Hakam Ibin Utaybah, with all his esteem in the network, yet looked simply like a kid within the sight of Imam Muhammad Baqir.”

Mohammad Ibin Muslim has said this,

“I asked Imam Mohammad AI-Baqir all the inquiries that would ring a bell. I got some information about thirty thousand Hadith.”

The Fifth Imam would discuss all the names and all the characteristics of Allah all the time. His child Imam Jafar AL-Sadiq(as) has said of his dad,

“My dad would discuss Allah’s names regularly and in any event, when strolling he would continue recounting Allah’s names. What’s more, the discussion of the individuals before him, would not divert him or prevent him from presenting Allah’s names. He would ask a great deal around evening time and his tears would stream massively during his petitions.”

Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Baqir (the word baqir meaning he who cuts and dismembers, a title was given to him by the Prophet) was the child of the fourth Imam and was conceived in 57/675. He was available at the occasion of Karbala when he was four years of age. After his dad, through Divine Command and the declaration of the individuals who went before him, he became Imam. In the year 114/732, he passed on, as indicated by some Shi’ite customs harmed by Ibrahim ibn Walid ibn ‘Abdallah, the nephew of Hisham, the Umayyad caliph.

During the imamate of the fifth Imam, because of the bad form of the Umayyads, revolts, and wars broke out in some edge of the Islamic world consistently. Also, there were questions inside the Umayyad family itself which kept the caliphate occupied and to a limited degree left the individuals from the Household of the Prophet alone. From the opposite side, the awfulness of Karbala and the abuse endured by the Household of the Prophet, of which the fourth Imam was the most essential exemplification, had pulled in numerous Muslims to the Imams. These variables consolidated to make it feasible for individuals and particularly the Shi’ites to go in incredible numbers to Medina and to come into the nearness of the fifth Imam. Opportunities for dispersing certainties about Islam and the studies of the Household of the Prophet, which had never existed for the Imams him, we’re introduced to the fifth Imam. The evidence of this reality is the multitudinous customs related to the fifth Imam and the enormous number of distinguished men of science and Shi’ite researchers who were prepared by him in various Islamic sciences. These names are recorded in books of life stories of acclaimed men in Islam.
